Do you actually LIKE stress? Because you may be acting like it! Stress has seemingly become "the way we do life" and I am suggesting that stress doesn't HAVE to be. Each and every day you have an opportunity to choose differently. Will you live from love? Will you support yourself and your needs?
Dig deep and give some thought to how you are living a "stress-filled" life and how you might be able to come out of those behaviors. You deserve to live a happy, free, joyous and spiritual life.
